A hard to find Ralph Lauren sterling silver horseshoe style bangle bracelet.
Measures approximately 3 and 1.4 inches wide at the widest point and 2 and 7/8 inches wide at the narrowest. Yes, you read correctly, it is not perfectly round, nor was it intended to be. It also varies in thickness and this too was intentional.
The interior measurement is approximately 7 and 1/4 inches.
The weight is approximately 58 grams or 2 ounces.
This bracelet had a slightly rough handcast surface to begin with but it now has many small dings from wear and use. I have tried to show this in my 8th and 9th photos. It's still presentable, wearable and gorgeous but if you need a perfectly smooth sterling silver surface, you'll have to bid and win and then take it to your jeweler for a proper buffing.
This piece is signed with a script RL on the inside as shown in my 6th and 7th photos. It is not visibly marked as to metal content but I believe there may have been a faint 925 mark that has worn away with wear. The metal has been tested three times by 2 different people (one a professional) and it is indeed 92.5% sterling silver.
CONDITION: Surface wear as mentioned above. Otherwise fine condition.
