    Description

    For sale is a 1999 Mattel Diva Starz "Summer" interactive doll. She comes with some clothes, and other accessories of hers. She has been tested, she is not 100% functional, the main issue is that her head does not turn when she speaks. She does speak and interacts with her add-ons. The hair is pretty good, it was never brushed or altered. Her one dress is broken at the top as shown in the photo. This comes with the manual and and the original box with one insert. She is being sold as-is.
