PLEASE READ:    We are the largest computer service facility in the Florida Keys repairing on average two hundred computers a week.   90% of what we do is board/component swapping as we do not have the time to do board level repairs.    Additionally swapping out a part is much more cost effective for our customers and saves time.
Here on eBay, we sell these broken parts as well as parts from machines that we tear down for parts.
If we list it as USED, that means it is working and has been tested / verified by one of our technicians.
If we list it as FOR PARTS / NOT WORKING,  that means that you are going to get a part that DOES NOT WORK.
We've had some customers get upset with us.   We CLEARLY list the status of the part.
Please feel free to ask any questions BEFORE you make a purchase.   Also,  just because we are a computer repair facility, WE DO NOT provide technical support.    If you want technical support on a purchase, please buy from a LOCAL store in your market and support your LOCAL businesses.    To purchase a USED part on eBay and expect the seller to provide technical support is unrealistic.

All Keys Computers is a full service computer and mobile device repair facility located in the Florida Keys on the Island of Marathon.
All items that we list here on eBay are items that are from our inventory and listed as accurately as possible.   Most are parts that we have taken in on trade, from computers we have repaired or parted out.

Payment is due immediately at purchase.
All Keys Computers utilizes the reliable and secure services of PayPal to process all Ebay payments.
Items are not shipped until paid in full.
A 7.5% Sales Tax will apply to buyers in Florida

We DO NOT ship internationally.

We do offer local pick up.
We only ship to the address listed by eBay/PayPal.  Please verify that your address is correct before ordering.  For all US shipping addresses that include a P.O. Box or are outside of the lower 48 states (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories), please choose USPS Priority Mail as the shipping option.
Tracking information is automatically emailed within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment. If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Do not hesitate to send us an email if you need us to provide this information again. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Warranties
We offer a 10 day warranty for functional or new items.
Items sold for parts or repair only are AS IS without warranty and CAN NOT be returned.
They are sold for PARTS ONLY / REPAIR / NO RETURN.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding items and warranty status.
But Please do so BEFORE you bid or purchase if you have concerns.
Returns
We want to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing a problem with your product, please contact us so that we can help.
We do accept US returns for warranty items within 14-days of receiving the product and with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased. Serial Numbers are recorded for EVERY item sent out and will be compared upon receipt of return.  Items should be packaged appropriately, preventing any damage during shipping.  Items will be processed, inspected, and tested to insure functionality prior to issuing refund.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
