Aesthetic silver pllate mechanical butter dish circa 1870-90s
Frame is embossed with Aesthertic Floral decoration
Marked on the bottom faintly HFD SILVER PLATE CO and the Deer logo
There is supposed to be a chain which when pulled raises the lid of
for access to the butter dish (chain is missing)
Measures 8-1/4"W x 15-1/2"Hr> Overall height is 21"
Condition
As stated above the chain is missing
Also missing is the liner for the butter to sit on
Otherwise it is fine and plating is intact
