It totals  12.5" x 21" when put togeher Perfect Framed or as a Gift. Again,  It comes  on 2 seperate pages.   I will place it in a clear sleeve and sandwich it in cardboard for shipping..     I sandwich this  in cardboard making  it a package - not a  flimsy envelope
    As A Seller- you can understand that USPS went  for another  rate  increase on Jan. 27, 2019 making  it difficult to sell items with increased  shipping.. Not  only for Priority flat rate  but first class  packages to different  zones from east  to west  coast. Once again USPS  dictates  to Ebay that   rates are  increasing  and  Ebay accepted  this and  passes  it  on to their sellers.
